TCPS will be closed for Spring Break on Friday, April 3, 2026, through Tuesday, April 7th. Students will return to school on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.

RES will be having Spring Pictures on Friday, April 10. These pictures must be pre-paid and information has been sent home. We have a few extra packets in the office if you are interested in purchasing these pictures.

Our RES fourth and fifth graders performed well at the Virginia History Day District 2 Contest held at Southwest Virginia Community College on Friday, March 27. A special thank you to Mrs. Anna Luttrell, Mrs. Jennifer Grimmett, and Mrs. Melissa Cordle for supporting our students as they researched and prepared their projects.

Tomorrow is Picture Day!!!!! RES Class pictures for all grades and Graduation pictures for Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 5th grade will be Friday, March 20, 2026. Information has been sent home with your child. If you need additional information, please contact your child's teacher. These pictures, class and graduation pictures will need to be pre-paid and returned in the designated envelopes.
