RES had 18 students compete at Regional History Day recently. It was a great day celebrating history! Congratulations to all those who competed and to the 8 students who are moving on to the State History Day in Richmond later this month. Our RES Choir students did fantastic with their spring concert. We are so proud of them and all their hard work preparing for this concert. A big thank you to Ms. Alex Sparks for leading this choir and to Ms. Addie Deskins, Ms. Stephanie Mullins, Mr. Tyler Stilwell, and Mr. Nathan Mullins for helping. #RESFunLearning

Our recent RES Resource Fair with Title and PreK Family Engagement Meetings along with our annual Art Show was a terrific event! We appreciate our community's support and everyone who attended. #RESFunLearning #ItTakesAVillage




We celebrated Ms. Lindsay Buchanan this past week as part of National Assistant Principals week. We are grateful for her and for all she does for our school. She does an amazing job supporting our students and staff. Thank you, Ms. Buchanan!

Richlands Elementary and Cedar Bluff Elementary
At Richlands High School Football Field
April 24, 2025
3:00 – 6:00 pm
We will have several stations and a drawing for bicycles.
RES 5th graders enjoyed the instrument petting zoo put on by the RHS Band. Our students enjoyed learning about and trying out each instrument.
